The Grow #mydurian campaign is valid from 23 November 2022 till 30 June 2023.
All donations for Grow #mydurian must be made via the campaign website, using a Visa or Mastercard credit card for payment.
All donors may personalise a virtual roof cladding by uploading a photo and a short text message, prior to payment.
By submitting a image and message, all donors fully agree and accept that the image may be edited and used in perpetuity without further consideration, for the purposes of archival and publicity, as well as possible feature at the centre or in Esplanade-produced marketing collaterals.
Esplanade reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to shortlist, reject or remove any images or messages which are:
abusive, defamatory, or obscene;
fraudulent, deceptive or misleading;
in violation of any intellectual property right of another;
in violation of any law or regulation; or
otherwise offensive.
Please note that no amendments or refunds are allowed once the donation transaction is completed.
All adopted claddings will be assigned at random, and selection of specific pieces is not allowed.
All donations to Grow #mydurian will be eligible for 250% tax deduction.
By participating in the Grow #mydurian campaign, all donors agree to fully indemnify The Esplanade Co Ltd (TECL), its employees and its agents or otherwise, against all liability, injury, losses, damages and expense of whatsoever nature arising out of your participation in the campaign.
